Professional Headshot Terms + Conditions

Please review and agree to these terms to reserve your headshot session.

1. Package Details: Individual Professional Headshot Session. Photographer will provide with the following deliverables:

  • 15 minute session with Joe

  • On the spot image selection

  • High-res JPG file of your selected photo (16x24 inches, 240dpi)

  • Natural editing and retouching

  • Additional images $25                   

2. Photo Delivery. Your high resolution edited image(s) will be delivered via email within one week after the shoot date.

3. Fees. As agreed upon by the Client, the total non-refundable service fee of $200 is to be paid to Photographer upon booking. Photographer will reserve the date agreed upon and will not make another reservation for that time. Should a conflict arise, date may be transferred to a similar time that is available for both Client and Photographer.

4. Copyright, ownership, and use of images. Photographer retains ownership of Copyright to images (RAW and edited files). Client is hereby granted a perpetual, limited use license to edited JPG images delivered via email. Images may be used by Client for marketing purposes including website, social media, annual reports, and printed items such as brochures and catalogs. Third party usage or reproduction beyond this agreement without Photographer's consent is prohibited and requires a secondary commercial use agreement. Client may not transfer this license to other parties without written permission from the Photographer.                        

5. Promotion of photographer. Client is not required to list credit for Joe and Jen Photowith use. Photographer retains the right to use images for internal marketing and promotional purposes including website, portfolio, and any other means of promotion. Client waives right to payment, royalties, or any other consideration for the use of images. Photographer is hereby held harmless and released from demands and legal claims which Clients, their heirs, representatives, or any other persons acting on Clients’ behalf may have by reason of this authorization.

6. Limit of Liability. In the unlikely event of an equipment failure, professional back-up equipment will be on hand. In the rare case that photographs are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Photographer’s control, liability is limited to return of the session fee.

7. Insurance: Joe and Jen Photo carries General Liability Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance, and will do so through the scheduled session date. This protects persons involved in the session, the equipment of the Photographer, and the copyright protection of Photographer.
